Custom Synthesis and ManufacturingBusiness

Our contract synthesis services focus on electronic materials, organic intermediates, and functional materials.
Azuma’s strengths lie in our highly skilled staff, advanced technical capabilities, equipment tailored to project scope and scale, and meticulous support.
We accommodate diverse needs from the R&D phase to manufacturing for commercialization.

Features

1

Customization ranging from a few grams to several kilograms

Our experienced technicians provide rapid and meticulous support for manufacturing and R&D at the laboratory scale, handling batches from a few grams to several kilograms.

2

Support for product prototyping and data collection

We assist with pilot production of products developed at the laboratory stage and data collection for scale-up using glass or GL reactors and distillation columns ranging from 30L to 200L. Glass reactors feature the ability to visually observe the internal conditions, allowing for monitoring of reaction states and color changes.

3

Contract manufacturing of market development products using established manufacturing technology

We undertake contract manufacturing of market development products based on established manufacturing technologies developed for small-scale production. Our lineup includes GL reactors ranging from 100L to 2000L, capable of handling compound manufacturing for electronic materials and corrosive substances.
